Hive.coop Launches Cooperative Social Networking
Last year, dotCoop plunged into social networking, and can
be followed on Facebook and Twitter at "dotCoop". Now, cooperative
social networking has arrived in a whole new way.
Thanks to the
Co-operative Group in the U.K., the cooperative world now has a
co-op friendly, co-op sponsored social network - hive.coop.
As of this writing, 363 members have formed 52 groups that focus on
mutual interests, including one for the dotCoop
domain name itself! Create your own group or add a special one to
supplement the one that you have on Facebook. Since it's a co-op
supported site, you can be sure that it is governed by co-op values
and principles.
