DotCoop has discontinued their toll-free line effective immediately. If you need to contact us concerning verification or other issues, please use +1-202-383-5453. In addition, our email at support@nic.coop or verification@nic.coop is a good way to provide attachments or other documents directly to the registry. Although the toll-free number was accessible to non-US registrants, it did require special effort to be used outside of the US and Canada. DotCoop can now also be reached at the Skype ID of ""dotcoop"". Please be sure to identify yourself as a .coop registrant if you want to contact us through Skype so we can open the contact.
