  • The dotCoop Global Awards for Cooperative Excellence Announced

    5 June 2008 - Rome, Italy

    Today, at the conclusion of the ICA Extraordinary General Assembly in Rome, Paul Hazen, President of dotCooperation LLC announced plans for the dotCoop Global Award for Cooperative Excellence to be awarded for the first time next year (2009) at the ICA GA in Glasgow, Scotland in October.

    The award criteria seeks to encourage cooperatives from all sectors to examine their processes in order to compete for the award and will provide other cooperatives the opportunity to understand how cooperatives can use their differences to impact their business and their communities.

  • CAMIF Launches Informational Site at www.camif.coop

    On 4 April 2005, the French cooperative CAMIF, the third most important distance selling company in France, launched its institutional information web site. The www.camif.coop site allows Internet users to get to know the company and members to participate in its development and evolution. Camif.coop will supplement the commercial site www.camif.fr which continues to provide access to the e-commerce facilities of CAMIF.
